You have an event idea in mind, it feels exciting, and maybe a bit overwhelming, and you don’t really know where to begin. Is this something you could take on yourself or should you be considering the services of a professional event planner? During this discovery call, we will dive into what you’re thinking, hash it out, and share in what ways we could help support you. We pride ourselves on honesty and if the event is not the right fit for our area of expertise or if the services of an event planner are not needed, we will tell you, we promise! We also find that a lot of the discovery call questions help people work through their idea and give them more to think about and consider before taking the next steps, which ultimately can save you time, money, and energy in the long run.

We’ve all done it, we get a brilliant brainwave of an idea and we get so excited that we just start running with it. During a discovery call, we will dive into your idea with you, talk about high-level logistics, things to consider, and we will share with you our experiences on similar events. What can you expect from a discovery call with TVE?

Once you reach out, we’ll find a date and time that works for you and set up a video or phone call, whichever you prefer! We recommend setting aside 15 minutes for this session. We’ll start the call off with an introduction and get you to do the same, then we’ll dive into your event idea, ask some questions, and then talk about the next steps. Those next steps might be a proposal, a referral, or just some time to think and reflect about how you want to move forward. There’s no awkwardness, honest!
